Community Code of Conduct

18+ only: it is prohibited to register or publish content if you are underage.
No exploitation or trafficking: prohibited to promote, solicit, or broker sexual services in exchange for money or goods, as well as any illegal activity.
Zero harassment: including sexual harassment, insistent unwanted messages, extortion, doxxing, or sharing of private material.
Fraud prohibited: attempts at scams, pyramid schemes, phishing, or identity theft.
Content rules: sexually explicit content, nudity, graphic violence, hate speech, or content involving minors is not allowed.
Authenticity: impersonation and use of someone else’s photos without permission is not permitted.
No advance payments or requests for money outside of a clear and legal context; never share passwords, documents, or bank details via chat.
Respect boundaries: if someone says “no” or stops responding, end the interaction.

Important: SugarDaddyBalkan does not intermediate payments, does not offer escort services, and does not allow the negotiation of sexual acts.
Any relationship or material support must be legal, consensual, and free of coercion.

Profile Content and Messages

Use your own photos (no minors or third parties without consent).
Do not publish sensitive data (address, documents, bank accounts).
Do not include malicious links, spam, or unauthorised advertising.
Report profiles or messages that breach these rules.

Safety in Meetings

Meet first in public places, inform a trusted person, and use your own transport.
Do not send money to strangers or share verification codes.
Verify identity with a preliminary video call if necessary.
Use the platform’s blocking and reporting tools.

Moderation and Enforcement

We combine automated systems with human review.
Possible measures: warnings, restrictions, suspensions or bans; removal of content; and, if necessary, notification to authorities.
Decisions are taken according to this Ethical Policy, the Active Response Policy, and the Terms of Use.

Appeals

You may appeal moderation decisions within 20 days by writing to appeals@sugardaddybalkans.com and providing your case ID.

Sponsorships and affiliate links are clearly marked.
Editorial content remains independent from advertisers or partners.
We do not accept deceptive practices or “pay-to-play”.
