These are the frequently asked questions about the platform. If you have any other questions, at the end you have a contact form, we will be happy to help you.

How do I register?

Registration is simple. From the create profile page you must fill in the required fields and read and accept the privacy policy. Afterwards you will receive a confirmation email to activate your account. If you do not receive the email, please contact us at info@sugardaddybalkans.com.

How do I log in?

To log in, there is a button at the top of the platform that says Login. Once you click it, a new tab will open where you can enter your username and password or your email and password. You can also log in directly from here.

How do I recover my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it from the login page. First, click on Recover Password, then the system will ask you for your email address. Once entered, you will receive an email where you can change and set a new password. You can also do it from here: password recovery page.

How can I change my email address?

If you need to change your email address you can do so from your profile, under the Settings tab. Delete your old email and enter the new one. A message will be sent to the old email asking you to accept the change – as shown in this screenshot:

How can I change my username?

In the Profile tab you will find the Edit button, where you can make the necessary changes to your profile, including changing your username – as shown in this screenshot:

How can I upload photos?

When you open your profile you must add a photo. Remember that profiles without a photo are deleted. If you wish to change your photo, you can do so from the same place as your profile photo: simply tap on your profile photo and the Change Photo button will appear.
If you wish to upload photos to your album you can do so from the Media tab, where you can share photos, videos, and even music on your profile.

Why can’t I upload photos?

In some cases, the system may not allow you to upload photos if they are too large, too heavy, or use an incompatible format.
You can use online tools to reduce file size, such as tinyjpg (tinyjpg.com). You can also try uploading different photos. If you notice any errors, you can contact us through our contact form.

How many photos can I upload?

There is no limit to the number of photos, so you can upload as many as you wish.

What photos are not allowed?

Group photos or photos showing minors are not permitted. Photos that violate community and respect standards are not allowed.
This includes images with violent, explicitly sexual, or non-consensual nude content, as well as photos that promote hate, harassment, racism, or any form of discrimination. Photos that violate others’ privacy are also prohibited.

Why have my photos disappeared?

If any of your photos have disappeared, a moderator may have removed them for not complying with the site rules. If you disagree, send an email to info@sugardaddybalkans.com.

Due to misuse by some profiles, this option is not available. As this website is a dating platform, promoting other social networks is not permitted.

What is online verification and how does it work?

At SugarDaddyBalkan we do not verify profiles at initial registration, but we do carry out checks on suspicious or reported profiles.
In some cases, if a moderator considers a profile suspicious or possibly false, verification may be requested to confirm authenticity. Verification is carried out through a video call or a gesture photo.

What are memberships and which ones are available?

Our platform works simply through a membership system that Sugar Daddies must pay in order to chat with Sugar Babies.
There are three types of memberships: monthly (Bronze), quarterly (Silver), and annual (Gold).
Sugar Babies have a free Enjoy Baby membership.

How are refunds made if requirements are met?

Refunds are made to your bank account and take approximately 10 days. You can read our Refund Policy and Terms of Service here.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel it from the Subscription tab in your profile. The system will ask you to confirm. Once cancelled and the contracted period ends, you will no longer have access to messages.

What happens when my membership ends?

If you have cancelled your membership, it will end at the conclusion of the contracted period. From then on, the option to send more messages will no longer be available. To continue, you will need to make another payment.

How can I pay?

You can pay by credit, debit, or prepaid card. Apple Pay, Link, and Google Pay are also available. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.

Is PayPal available as a payment method?

We do not offer direct PayPal payment, but we do accept PayPal debit cards.

What does the green dot next to a username mean?

It means that the user is online and you can chat with them. When you send a message, they will receive a notification.

How can I block an unwanted profile?

Inside the chat with the user you wish to block, click on the three dots in the top right corner. There you will find the option to block the user. Once blocked, that user will not be able to send you any more messages.

How can I remove blocks?

If you wish to unblock someone, go to the three dots menu, where you will find a list of your blocked members.

What restrictions exist for non-subscribed members?

Without a subscription, you cannot chat.

How can I unsubscribe from notifications and newsletters?

From the Notifications tab, you can disable message notifications.
If you do not wish to receive newsletters, you can unsubscribe via the email unsubscribe page.

How can I delete messages or photos from my chat?

Photos and messages can be deleted by clicking on each message sent. A menu with three dots will appear, where you can delete them. You can also delete the entire conversation.

How can I report a member?

Each profile has a button you can use to report members if you believe they are misusing the platform.

How can I contact members?

Each profile has a Send Message button. If you are a Sugar Daddy without a subscription, you cannot contact members. Visit the Membership Options here.

Is selling photos or paid video calls allowed?

The sale of photos or promotion of content-selling social networks is not permitted. Erotic video calls in exchange for financial compensation are also not allowed.

Can other types of relationships be offered?

No, sugar dating has nothing to do with online-only relationships. Sugar dating is an in-person relationship.

Why am I not receiving new message notifications?

Please note that sugar dating platforms do not appear in common app stores, so our website works via browser. Browsers use the push notification system, which you must enable to receive notifications. You will find how to activate and configure them in our user guide.

Why can’t I access my profile?

At SugarDaddyBalkan we use a geolocation system. If your IP is from outside the UK, your profile may be deleted, or you may not be able to access it.
If for some reason you have lost your password and cannot recover it, you can write to us at info@sugardaddybalkans.com or via our contact form.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to the Settings tab and then select Delete Profile.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can also do so from the Settings tab under Subscription.

How long does it take for a profile to be approved?

Profiles are approved automatically, although our security system checks that photos and data are correct via email and photo verification.

Can I use a prepaid card for membership?

Yes, prepaid cards are accepted.

I didn’t receive the activation email — can you resend it?

First, check your Spam folder, as some emails may go there.
If you still cannot find it, send us an email at support@sugardaddybalkans.com or submit a ticket through the contact form.

Why has my account been marked as spam?

In some cases, our bot checks for certain words to prevent sex requests or similar. In other cases, a user may have reported your profile.
If you want to know the exact reason, contact us via the contact form or at info@sugardaddybalkans.com.

Suddenly I can’t send messages

If you send too many messages in a row or repetitive ones, the system will block your chat to prevent spam.
You will need to wait one hour before you can send messages again.
